Steering Committee

Nancy - Kitty
Camp Director
Kitty has been a Girl Scout for 25 years as a volunteer. I began volunteering over the years as a troop leader for my daughters Toni (Spirit), Kristine (Sunshine) and Samantha (Pumpkin). I am a busy grandmother to Amelia, Marley, Jaxon, Lydia and Declan. I have attended Jubilation since 2000. Since 2003 I have been a committee chair and Jubilation Director for the past 4 events. I currently have a Troop of Daisy, Brownie, Junior and Cadettes. I work a full time job for US Bank. I have worked/volunteered on CAP Site committee, SU Team, Septoberfest, and as a Trainer for Silver Sage Council. I enjoy hearing stories on how Jubilation has changed girls and kept girls engaged in Girl Scouts as they look forward 3 years to the next event.
To the world you may be one person; but to one person you may be the world.

Zumer has been an active Girl Scout since she was in first grade - as a girl and as a volunteer for the last 11 years. A web developer/programmer by day and a volunteer by.... well any other available time, she loves planning Girl Scout events to help give girls the same amazing Girl Scout experience she had growing up.
Fantasy is a necessary ingredient in living, it’s a way of looking at life through the wrong end of a telescope.

Samantha - Pumpkin
Fun Force Chair
I have been a Girl Scout since I was in kindergarten and now hold my life time membership. I have attended every Jubilation since 2000 and am so excited to be serving girls and volunteers as staff for Jubilation 2022. I am committee chair for the fun force and look for fun and exciting ways to engage with participants on the app and at the event. I look forward to seeing you all soon!Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot nothing is going to get better it’s not
- The Lorax
Jen - Buckle
WHO Wrangler
Buckle was a Girl Scout as a girl for 11 years and has now been involved as an adult for another 17 years. Buckle was the troop leader for her daughter Baylee (Boo) and has helped with several other troops. She continues to help with Jubilation as the WHO advisor (MC’s) and in other areas as needed. Jubilation is the biggest event in the council and every year hearing the girls afterwards on how much fun they had, and how they loved the things they did, it makes my heart happy. That’s what its all about! That’s why we do this
