When does registration open?

There are a few registration dates you need to know:

May 3, 2024: Financial Aid applications due
May 10, 2024: Attendee Registration closes
May 10, 2024: Group Final Registration closes
May 17, 2024: Final payment (including Program Credits) due
December 1, 2023: Group Intent to Attend opens
January 15, 2024: Attendee (Girl and Adult) registration opens
January 15, 2024: Group Final Registration opens

What is Jubilation, anyway?

Jubilation is a tri-annual, volunteer-driven, council-sponsored group camping event.

It is the largest girl camping event in Silver Sage Council, where participants camp together and enjoy a weekend of exciting programs, ceremonies, and fun!

What do we do at Jubilation?

Jubilation is a program-driven event! Over the years we've had a ton of fun activities for girls at all age levels. Here are just a few examples:

Isn't Girl Scouts Girl Led?

Yes! And Jubilation is no exception!

One of the earliest pieces of Jubilation planning is assembling our fantastic Girl Planning team. This team chooses everything from the the activities to the tshirt colors. At Jubilation, they have their work cut out for them - in addition to attending as a Girl and doing all of the program activities, they're the MCs for all group sessions, they lead the flag, opening, and closing ceremonies, they help wrangle the crowd, and they become the rock stars of the weekend!

Our MCs are among the oldest Girls at Jubilation - to be an MC, this must be your final Jubilation before bridging to Adult. These young women are fantastic planning partners, and work with us to make Jubilation an event everyone loves. Our role is making what they dream up come to life.
